Tennessee Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Law values the privacy of our website viewers. This Privacy Policy applies only to information gathered and/or stored through this website blog. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any subsequent law firm legal representation that may be established. Any such representation is governed by the applicable firm’s Privacy Policy.

This does not apply to cookies or other tracking information automatically gathered. Our third party partners, such as web analytics companies. As discussed in the “Use of Cookies and Tracking User Traffic” section above, these companies collect information about your online activities over time and across our website and other online properties. Specifically, we utilize Google Analytics for our web analytics. Social Networks

We maintain a presence on social networking and blogging platforms, such as LinkedIn and WordPress, and we incorporate some third party features from these sites onto our website. We do not currently receive personally identifiable information about you through these third parties, however they may collect information from you.
